PAJARO DUNES
Looking to revitalize their three-story vacation home, the owners asked for an exterior inspired by Japanese woodcraft and an interior the evokes Scandinavian simplicity. An open kitchen and living room offer an energetic space for the family to congregate while enjoying a full coastal view.
VIA CONCHA
For this unique Aptos beach remodel, we collaborated with the home owner and architect Tim Doudna. We added a kitchenette downstairs for the kids and guests, built-in cabinets for the master suite, plus luxurious details, including a sauna, a wine bar an outdoor shower and even a private-entry patio.
CLUBHOUSE DRIVE
This was a top-to-bottom remodel. By opening up the kitchen walls, expanding the great room, and adding patio doors to the master bedroom, we did more than update this beach home for modern living. We also highlighted the home's best feature — breathtaking views of the ocean.
